RETURN POLICY

We accept merchandise returns within 30 days of purchase.  Refunds are handled via your choice of store credit or direct return via original payment method.  The following bullet points aim to answer most common return questions.  Please reach out to homeimob.com, or live chat with other questions, or to obtain a return shipping label.

  • For items that were shipped in error, please contact us for a return shipping label.  This doesn’t happen often, but we’ll own any mistake we make.
  • If you received a product that was damaged in transit, please take a picture of the package and the item, then, email to homeimob.com with your order number.  We’ll arrange for return of disposal of the product along with replacement.
  • We aim for accurate product descriptions, but sometimes an item may not meet your expectations or fit your needs.  If this happens, please contact us via phone, email, or chat and we’ll work with you to find a solution or arrange a return/exchange.
  • Rigged items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  This includes anything that we assemble here.  
  • Warranties typically go through the manufacturer.  However, we would like to know of any issues and we are more than happy to assist in the warranty process when applicable.  Please contact us with any potential warranty claims for items purchased on our site.
